ZONGULDAK-ÇAYCUMA ORGANIZED INDUSTRIAL ZONE

Zonguldak-Çaycuma Organized Industrial Zone is a mixed OIZ, established in 1992 to meet the industrial zone need of the region.

Zonguldak-Çaycuma Organized Industrial Zone has been established by administrative leadership of Enterprising Committee consist of 15 members, 3 of which supported Çaycuma Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s

participants, 3 of which supported Zonguldak Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s 20% participants and 9 of which supported 60% participants of Special Provincial Administration. Zonguldak-Çaycuma Organized Industrial Zone completed its infrastructure requirement and continues its development via new investments. Also, our Organized Industrial Zone has legal privileges within the scope of government’s subvention, protection, incentive and credit facilities and legal entity governed by private law.

Organizing the construction plan, granting Building, Habitation and Business License, supplying and distributing drinking water, MV electricity distribution and operation, sewerage and environmental management, building the 6

roads and, maintaining and operating all of these are carried out by our Zone Administration.

There are 63 industrial parcels (871.592,18 m2) in our industrial zone built on 125 hectares area.

The zone is 5 kilometers away from city center, 240 km away from Ankara, 380 km away from Istanbul, 90 kilometers away from TEM Highway, 45 km away from Ports of Zonguldak and Bartın, 75 km away from Port of Ereğli, 4 km away from Turkish Railway Station and 12 km away from Çaycuma Saltukova Airway.

Zonguldak-Ereğli Organized Industrial Zone is a mixed OIZ, established in 1995 to meet the industrial zone need of the region.

Zonguldak-Ereğli Organized Industrial Zone has been established by administrative leadership of Enterprising Committee consist of 15 members, 6 of which supported Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s 40% participants and 9 of which supported 60% participants of Special Provincial Administration. Zonguldak-Ereğli Organized Industrial Zone completed its infrastructure requirement and continues its development via new investments. Also, our Organized Industrial Zone has legal privileges within the scope of government’s subvention, protection, incentive and credit facilities and legal entity governed by private law.
